1. Project Background
Our client is a large auto parts distributor located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, supplying cleaning aerosols to over 200 local auto repair shops.

- Imported universal brake cleaner has excessive strong pungent odor, which is not popular with local mechanics;

2. Our Custom Formula Solution
- Formula adjustment: We optimized the solvent proportion to strengthen heavy grease dissolving ability, reduced irritating volatile components, and added citrus mild fragrance acceptable for the African market.
- Safety test: Complete flash point, corrosion test and residue test in our lab to ensure no damage to brake discs, rubber and metal parts.
- Sample service: Produced 3 batches of trial samples with different concentrations, shipped to Tanzania for field testing by local repair shops.
- Compliance support: Provided MSDS, dangerous goods certification and ingredient list to pass local customs inspection.
3. Project Delivery Result
After 2 rounds of sample adjustment, the client confirmed the final formula and placed a 20GP full container order of brake cleaner aerosol.
All products finished production within 12 working days, passed dangerous goods inspection and smooth shipment to Tanzania port.
